6th September 2021
We are pleased to announce that Solar for Schools are reopening their Solar Bond Offer to raise up to the £2,000,000 maximum by the 31st October 2021.
28th April 2021
Solar for Schools have successfully reached their revised target raise of £950,000 on their latest bond offer on the Ethex platform. As Solar for Schools increase their pipeline of schools looking for solar panels, we hope to bring further bond offers to the Ethex platform in the near future.
1st April 2021
Solar for Schools have decided to pause the bond offer once £950k has been raised, and have reduced their target from £2m accordingly. This is due to the fact that a larger number of current investors than anticipated have requested to roll over their existing investment, which was due for repayment in October into this new bond. This means that the refinance requirement at this time is lower than predicted at launch. Later in the year Solar for Schools will review their project pipeline to assess their funding need, at which time the offer may be reopened.
