As of today, 19th December 2016, Leeds Community Homes have raised £242,400. This means that they have already reached their minimum target and that they will be able to proceed with the offer.
The Board have now elected to extend the closing date to the 31st of January 2017, which is slightly later than originally stated in the share offer document. The Board believes that extending the closing date to the end of January will give them a better chance of reaching their full investment target, in part because they have been approached by organisations that have indicated that they will consider investing in Leeds Community Homes at Board meetings in late January.
It is important to let you know that extending the share offer for a further 12 days will have no material impact on your potential interests or the activities that they undertake with shareholder funds, as they will still have sufficient time to undertake all activities necessary to pursue the project to develop their first homes. The Leeds Community Homes Board would like to thank you for investing in their plans to create 16 permanently affordable homes.
