Governance and people

SCE is a Community Benefit Society that has an experienced and diverse team of people who have been working closely together to develop this share offer and project. 


A community benefit society operates under the rule of one member, one vote no matter how many shares are owned. In addition the Society's Rules prevent the sale of assets to commercial organisations.

Total number of shares

SCE aims to issue 3,000,000 shares in total, worth £1 each

Annual General Meeting

The first Annual General Meeting that all investors are entitled to attend will be held in September 2018.
