Watch

A Cuppa Club chat with Brighton and Hove Energy Services Cooperative (BHESCo) to learn more about this vital community organisation and its carbon-cutting initiatives.

Ethex is pleased to offer you the opportunity to learn about and support this extraordinary organisation that has been delivering community-focused carbon cutting energy initiatives since 2015.

As the world grapples with the effects of climate change and people struggle with energy bills and heating their homes, BHESCo is committed to ensuring that everyone in Sussex has access to clean, affordable, community-owned energy. They offer pioneering energy efficiency and generation solutions to homes, businesses, and community businesses that cut carbon and improve our energy independence.

BHESCo recently launched an IFISA eligible bond offer on Ethex to fund the installation of solar panels on five local schools and SMEs, offering investors to join their movement and use their money to fund real climate and social progress.

Kayla Ente, MBE, Founder and CEO of BHESCo, will join us on the webinar to introduce us to the organization's projects, outline their amazing achievements to date, and explain their vision for the future. We will talk about how a community-driven strategy for reaching net zero and ensuring local energy security is possible through investor financing of their projects. The audience will be able to ask Kayla questions during the webinar.
