  • Help change lives by enabling more donors to provide the financial support needed for people to move on from homelessness.

  • Contribute towards achieving the SDGs by funding an organisation taking practical action to positively change lives and society.

  • Generate substantial savings for the government and taxpayers by supporting thousands of people out of homelessness each year.

  • Earn a potential return. Investments in the Ordinary Shares target a dividend from year four and are eligible for 30% EIS tax relief.

The bigger picture

Greater Change has a vision for a future without homelessness. Between 153,000 and 280,000 people in England are homeless and helping them move on has multiple benefits, not only for those individuals, but for society as a whole. Greater Change is a pioneering organisation that enables individuals to directly fund others to move on from homelessness through financing a specific goal, e.g. a deposit for a home or training opportunities. This is possible through their pioneering platform that lets donors choose and donate directly to an individual cause, giving people the financial support to move on that's not currently available elsewhere.

They work alongside charity partners who provide non-financial support enabling long-term change for people moving on from homelessness. Their model gives control back to individuals and to date they have successfully supported over 300 people to create a brighter future and they're on track to have helped over 550 by the end of this year.

Where your money goes

  • Expand to empower over 34,000 people to take positive steps out of homelessness and build new lives by 2031.
  • Create substantial savings for the government and taxpayers – they have already created over £2.4 million in savings in 20/21 alone.
  • Develop a new way of giving through technology that enables donors to see the direct impact their money is creating.
  • Scale and reach more UK areas, supporting local councils to tackle homelessness.
