    Peter has been a passionate advocate of developing software solutions that address social participation for almost twenty years.  In 2010 he was awarded the prestigious 10 Downing Street Revolutionary award by the then Prime Minister Gordon Brown.  It was this recognition that set him on his journey to deliver breakthrough solutions to allow communities more say in democracy.

    Operations Director

    Susan is a driving force in community engagement at VocalEyes, she has worked with VE for over three years and has a detailed knowledge of the product and the needs of the customers VE serves.  Prior to joining VE she had a successful career with a large Pharmaceutical company in corporate sales. A graduate of Aberystwyth University in Genetics and Biochemistry, she is both analytical and methodical in her approach with a strong customer support orientated focus. 

    Susan is passionate about the capacity for grassroots democracy within communities to bring positive change on a local level and the potential for replication across communities and countries to bring large-scale impact. She has a wealth of experience in local and school governance serving as both a Community Councillor and School Governor for more than 8 years.

                                                                                                                              

    Sarah Hoss

    Training & Media Director

    Sarah has spent most of her professional life working to better the lot of disadvantaged groups and is proud to say she has worked for the three major public service organisations in the UK: the NHS, the BBC and Public Education (FE/HE). A natural communicator, Sarah nurtures the VocalEyes mission and has successfully introduced VocalEyes to many organisations along with developing and implementing training to ensure its success. A qualified and experienced journalist, Sarah has a PGCE and is an enthusiastic exponent of Digital Democracy.  

    Gerry Wilkinson

    Commercial Director

    Investor, entrepreneur and mentor, with new business development and product management experience in cloud-based SME accounting solutions (Xero) & ecosystem integration. Designed a CPQ solution for two top 100 Accounting firms.  Product design of the world first operational risk system based on loss events. On the original development team for TEMENOS, the world's most successful banking solution.

    Spiro Stathakis

    Technical Director

    Spiro is a software developer and cloud systems specialist who designed and built the foundations of the  VocalEyes software platform in 2012  and now supports the product on a part-time basis.  He is currently designing our future state architecture and devising the roadmaps and migration paths to achieve our technical vision.  Spiro has extensive backgrounds in Linux  administration, database development and high-performance computing. He is currently a senior technical architect for the Civil Service.

    Interest accrual and payment

    Bonds will start earning Interest on 31/03/2021 . Interest will be made payable to investors on the 31/03 of each calendar year up until the 31/03/2026.

    Getting your money out

    These bonds are transferable but are not listed on any investment exchange. Investors will not be able to withdraw their investment until the end of the term of the bond. Upon the death of any Bondholder, the Company may at the absolute discretion of the Directors repay all Bonds (together with any accrued interest) to that Bondholder’s estate.
