As Ethex staff continue to work from home, we wanted to give you an update on the impact of the lockdown on our operations.
Getting in touch
Remote working means that our phoneline is not continuously manned so if you have any queries, it’s best to send them to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Paying for your order
Investors are still welcome to pay by cheque, but you should be aware that a member of the team will only be present in the Ethex office once or twice a week and therefore we won’t be able to confirm receipt of any cheques immediately. If you have posted a cheque to pay for your investment it could take a week or more to confirm receipt.
Paying by bank transfer
We would like to highlight to investors that our bank, Unity Trust bank, is not yet enrolled in the Confirmation of Payee system, and therefore when sending money to our client accounts (we hold 15 segregated accounts with Unity Trust) it will not be possible at present to obtain a match on the account name. Your online banking may flag this. This is nothing to be concerned about, but we ask that you double check the details in our Order Confirmation emails before sending money.
