Financial performance

The financial target is to deliver a long-term annual net return of 7-9 % of which 3-4% will be paid in the form of a dividend, with the rest made up from capital appreciation.

Social performance

Walls & Futures provides homes for some of the most vulnerable people in society, focussing on Supported Housing for people with a range of disabilities including autism, learning and physical disabilities and mental health needs. They make a difference by delivering homes that are adapted to meet the needs of each individual, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.

NEX Exchange 

The Existing Ordinary Shares are admitted to trading on the NEX Exchange Growth Market. Application will be made for the Open Offer Shares to be admitted to trading on the NEX Exchange Growth Market. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Open Offer Shares, on the NEX Exchange Growth Market, will commence on 27 March 2018.

Target and Existing Shareholders

Walls & Futures is issuing £1,048,202 worth of new shares, but some of these are expected to be purchased by Existing Shareholders.  The value of shares available through Ethex is £350,000 †.  If you are an existing shareholder and wish to purchase shares as part of this new issue, please contact Walls & Futures directly.
