Financial performance

Calder Valley CLT has a target maximum interest rate of 2% with first interest payments to be made available in early 2023. Interest payments are a key priority in the Fielden Acre and CVCLT business plans, however, CVCLT trustees reserve the right not to make interest payments if unforeseen circumstances mean that the society cannot afford it

Social performance

The Share Offer aims to bring land and buildings constructed in the 1870s by the pioneering educator and philanthropist, Sarah Fielden into community ownership. If successful it will secure two homes at affordable rents, safeguard an important piece of heritage and protect the future of the beautiful Fielden Hall as a thriving community centre.
