The bigger picture

Schools and public institutions are under increasing pressure from rising energy costs and tight budgets, while the UK faces an urgent need to decarbonise and strengthen energy resilience.

SE24 is a community-owned social enterprise with a 10-year track record of delivering renewable energy and energy efficiency projects across South London. Starting with small-scale installations, it has grown into a trusted delivery partner for schools and community organisations.
To date, SE24 has:

  • Installed around 650 kWp of solar capacity across community sites.
  • Delivered LED upgrades across 5 locations (3,000+ light fittings).
  • Successfully raised capital through five community investment offers.
  • Built long-term partnerships with schools and multi-academy trusts.

  • SE24’s model enables schools to benefit from immediate climate action and clean energy without no upfront cost. By investing in their bond offer, you can play a part in it.

    * IFISA eligibility depends on investors' individual tax status and current legislation.
