Why am I hearing from Ethex?
Ripple has appointed Ethex to provide registrar services for your Graig Fatha investment. This means your records, documentation, and investor services will now be managed securely by Ethex.
Do I need to pay anything to use Ethex?
No. Setting up your account and accessing your Graig Fatha investment on Ethex is completely free.

Why do I need to set up an account with Ethex?
For your security, we cannot automatically transfer your personal data from Ripple. By setting up your own account on Ethex, you remain fully in control of your investment, and we can ensure your details and payments are handled securely.
How do I open an Ethex account?
It’s quick and simple:
- Follow the link provided in your email/letter
or click here - Create an account with your email address.
- Complete a short ID verification process.
- Once this is done, you’ll have full access to your investment details via your Ethex dashboard.
What will I be able to do on Ethex?
Your new dashboard will allow you to:
- View your investment portfolio and receive investment alerts from Graig Fatha.
- Receive payments and update your personal details and communication preferences
- Opt in to hear about other impactful investment opportunities on Ethex

If share certificates apply to your investment, these will be issued once you’ve completed the onboarding process. You’ll receive a notification when they’re ready. If you’d like a printable version, please contact registry@ethex.org.uk
What happens to my repayments?
You can choose where repayments are sent. Either directly to your bank account or to your Ethex wallet, where you can withdraw funds or reinvest in other opportunities.
What if the investor has passed away? (Probate)
If you are dealing with the estate of an investor, please contact
probate@ethex.org.uk and our team will guide you through the probate process. We will need to see certain documents (such as the death certificate and Grant of Probate) before we can update the records.
Can I hold my investment jointly or transfer it to someone else?
Investments are usually held in a single name. If you need to discuss joint holdings, transfers, or making changes to who holds the investment, please get in touch at
registry@ethex.org.ukWhat if I change my bank account details?
You can update your bank account information securely in your Ethex dashboard at any time.
What if I already have an Ethex account?
If you’ve used Ethex before, you can
log in with your existing account. Once you complete the ID check, your Graig Fatha investment will be added to your portfolio.
What if I don’t want to set up an Ethex account?
To continue receiving repayments and access your investment records, you will need to open an account. This is the only way we can provide you with secure investor services.
