Mustard Seed Property is pleased to have secured the support of the Andrews Charitable Trust (ACT) who will match any future investment £1 for £1 until the fund reaches its minimum target of £300,000.
Andrews Charitable Trust was established by Cecil Jackson-Cole, who was the original founder of Oxfam, and which owns 100% of the well known Estate Agency chain Andrews Property Group. Since they were founded in 1965, ACT have helped over 180 beneficiary charities, ranging from housing to health projects, both in the UK and Internationally.
Mustard Seed Property expects to pay 4.5% gross interest yearly from 2020, with a first payment of 3.5% being made in October 2019. The interest will be calculated annually and paid gross of tax and in arrears.
